Stopped here on the way up to northern Michigan. Have done this trip probably 300 times and never knew about this hidden gem. The service was on point right when we walked in the door. It was a busy Friday but we sat right down, and with in minutes we had our drinks and order placed. Food came out quick and it was delicious. Had a mushroom Swiss burger, fantastic! And then tried my buddy’s fried perch. Holy smokes was that good. We will be stopping here more often. Our server was named Nora and she is excellent. Thank you all for the great service and food!!
The food was fantastic! My chicken pecan salad with raspberry vinaigrette was truly delicious and my summer shandy was tall and ice cold! Service was excellent. It was a lively little spot that was also playing some good oldies music!
This was our first time visiting the Bus Stop Bar & Grille. We stopped in for a late lunch and were promptly greeted by and drink order taken. Staff was great! Very friendly, attentive, just great service. It was not really busy, but she was working a number of tables and the bar. There are great selections on the menu and the prices are in line with most everyone else. We got a cheese curds appetizer and I have to say, we thought they were the best curds we have ever had! Our food came out in a reasonable time, hot, and exactly as we ordered. I had the Bus Stop Burger. It was really good, but I thought the patty size was on the small side. That is my reason for four stars and not five for food. I know it seems trivial, but I was expecting one of those big bar burgers. Their homemade chips are excellent though. My wife and daughter also enjoyed their meals and had no complaints. The establishment was clean and it was a great environment. They appeared to have a group of regulars at the bar having a great conversation, which added to the experience. Definitely a local neighborhood bar feel. I would recommend The Bus Top Bar & Grill for the food. I am not sure what weekends are like or when entertainment is going on, but our weekday experience was great. Thanks Bus Stop Bar & Grille!

OMG!! Sophie is the bomb.com. First time here. My mother and I came out to visit. The food was amazing and the drinks were on point. We will definitely be back. Everyone needs to come here for food and drinks!!!
We were looking for a place to eat on our way home from a long car ride and stopped here at the Bus Stop. I thought everything about this restaurant was great. The atmosphere is very relaxing and has a small town feel. Plenty of TVs for sports viewing. The service was excellent - the owner (I believe) was extremely attentive to our table and all of the other’s on top of everything. He was a great guy. My food was very solid. I got the ribs - my first rib I was starting to eat literally fell off the bone and onto my plate which was a great sign! The menu has plenty of good looking options to please all appetites. Whenever im back in the area I will make sure to stop in again.
First time here, came early for dinner with friends. Waiting for the comedy show to begin. So far everything is great, clean bathroom, friendly staff, great burgers, great fried pickles, good onion rings, great wrap and chips. Will come back. Wait is dessert available?
